We are renovating an old farmhouse in Basilicata, within the Appennino Lucano National Park. It will take some more time to complete the work and create an eco-sustainable accommodation that is fully energy self-sufficient.

Our mission is to offer transformative stays that help people feel happier, stronger, and healthier. All the practices we share have the potential to awaken and nurture our spiritual side—something we believe is essential for reaching a state of well-being, acceptance, and connection with ourselves, others, and the Universe.
We bring this to life by organizing immersive retreats filled with activities such as forest bathing, the Wim Hof Method (ice baths and conscious breathing techniques), forest therapy, conscious dance (ecstatic dance),  mindfulness practices, wild blue (deep connection with water environments), yoga, massage, meditation, digital detox (restoring digital balance), nature-based performing arts, ancestral rituals, mindful eatingHiking in Nature

Forest Bathing

Step into the quiet of the forest and let nature awaken your senses. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing helps reduce stress, boost your mood, and strengthen your immune system—supporting deep physical and emotional well-being.

Wim Hof Method

Experience the power of cold and breath through the Wim Hof Method. By combining ice baths with conscious breathing techniques, you can activate your nervous system, build stress resilience, boost circulation, and release endorphins. An intense and empowering practice to awaken your inner potential.

Forest Therapy

Unlike forest bathing, which has a preventive focus, forest therapy—carried out in collaboration with licensed health professionals (psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists)—can have a therapeutic effect. Through guided sessions in the forest, you can address specific mental health conditions, lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone), improve sleep quality, boost creativity, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection with nature—restoring balance and inner peace.

Ecstatic dance

Free your body and let yourself be carried by the flow of music through conscious movement. Ecstatic dance invites you to express emotions through spontaneous motion, helping release tension, enhance body awareness, and cultivate a deep sense of joy and inner freedom.
It’s practiced barefoot and without the use of alcohol or other substances.

Mindfulness

Cultivate present-moment awareness through mindfulness practices. With meditation and the non-judgmental observation of thoughts and sensations, you can reduce anxiety, improve concentration, gain greater mental clarity, and nurture a sense of acceptance and inner peace.

Wild blue

A deep-water-based experience. Wild Blue is an innovative approach to well-being and self-awareness that combines mindfulness practices with profound interaction with aquatic environments. This method supports personal exploration and growth by tuning into the rhythms, shapes, and sensations of water—guiding you toward greater inner peace, self-understanding, and a deep sense of connection with nature.

Yoga

Find harmony between body, mind, and spirit through the practice of yoga. With asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, you can improve flexibility, strength, and posture, quiet the mind, and cultivate a deep sense of presence and balance.

Digital Detox

Have you ever heard of captology? During our retreats, there’s always a moment dedicated to understanding how smartphones and social media work—and how they can lead to behavioral addictions comparable to substance dependency. Together, we explore how to restore digital balance, so we can reclaim our time and truly live it on our own terms.

Art in Nature

Discover the healing power of art in the natural world. Dance, theatre, music, and other creative forms help release emotions and spark the imagination. Through the creative process, you can experience catharsis, build self-esteem, and support inner healing. When we enter a state of flow, art becomes a powerful tool for emotional well-being and personal growth.

Ancestral Rituals

Connect with the wisdom of ancient traditions through ancestral rituals. By taking part in ceremonies inspired by age-old cultures, you can explore deeper aspects of yourself, nurture a sense of belonging, honor your bond with nature, and experience spiritual awakening.

Mindful Eating

y choosing healthy foods—mostly plant-based—we nourish both body and mind through conscious nutrition. Mindful eating and a deeper understanding of the connection between food and well-being can help you improve many aspects of your life and foster a more balanced relationship with what you eat.

Hiking in Nature.

We are surrounded by forests and places that are wild, powerful, and full of meaning. We’ll leave our island retreat to visit and pay homage to towering beech woods, centuries-old trees, springs, streams, waterfalls, hidden clearings, and small peaks shaped by stone and wind.
At night, we’ll observe the Milky Way, the Moon, planets, stars, and constellations—under one of the darkest skies in all of Italy.
