Everything we’ve done individually throughout our lives now seems to converge into a shared purpose with deeper meaning. Each step we’ve taken—our jobs, studies, travels, books, and training—once seemingly disconnected, now fit together perfectly in the journey of Alberi Maestri.
We are Nella and Rocco, sister and brother, united by a common vision. Antonella now lives in Tarragona, Spain. Rocco divides his time between Basilicata and abroad. Our beloved parents, Angelo and Maria, support us from home and are always part of our hearts—and our WhatsApp chats.

On a cold December morning in 2022, during one of those rare family gatherings, we were walking through a plot of land nestled in the forest—an inheritance from our grandparents. Just nearby, a “for sale” sign caught our eye. It pointed to an abandoned house surrounded by woods, with two open clearings and two majestic, centuries-old oak trees—vast, strong, and welcoming.
Without a plan or a clear reason, we called the number. A few days later, we had signed the purchase agreement.
The place seemed to call to us—as if it had been waiting. That feeling grew stronger as we explored the land and discovered tons of waste hidden under thick vegetation. We worked hard to remove every piece of trash, caring for the land with love and commitment. In return, we know it will care for us—and for everyone who visits.

Throughout 2023, we renovated the house. We aim to open our doors in 2025, welcoming guests to this peaceful forest retreat.
